Electric personal mobility vehicles
Scooters
For safety reasons, access to electric personal mobility vehicles (PMVs) is not permitted on the premises or on trains.
Electric PMVs are defined as vehicles with one or more wheels, a single seat and powered by an electric motor.
PMVs and electric scooters are not permitted, even if they do not have a battery inserted.
Electrically powered vehicles that enable people with disabilities to move around are expressly excluded from this definition and are therefore not subject to the ban.
Bicycles
About electric and non-electric bicycles, a maximum of four bicycles per train will be allowed, if there is no express prohibition indicated in the official timetables.
SFM staff may decide on admission based on the actual occupancy of the train.
Passengers must remain on the platforms of the carriages and next to their bicycles and must always take responsibility for not causing inconvenience to other passengers or damage to railway equipment.
Groups of passengers with bicycles will only be admitted if they have been authorised in advance.
The company is not liable for loss, theft or damage to bicycles.
In the event of an excess of bicycles, wheelchairs or pushchairs, SFM staff may order the user(s) and bicycle(s) to leave the train and wait for the next service.
